About Tombstone Crow

From the first listen it's clear that Tombstone Crow have all the hallmarks of classic metal. The elements of melodic yet shredding guitar solos, the pounding jackhammer drum rhythms and the super aggressive female vocals mixed with a talent for writing hooky, epic metal songs with a twist that will grab the attention of music fans everywhere!


Tombstone Crow began Jamming in mid 2013, putting out the first E.P entitled simply 'Tombstone Crow' later that year. After receiving good reviews from local and foreign music publications, the band played shows across the U.K building up a strong live reputation as a hard hitting groove metal band supporting bands including 'Biohazard'.


Recording started in early 2014 for the bands first full length release 'Shadows from the Grave' released August 2014, all the while playing shows for an ever growing following. A self funded tour in support of the album was undertaken and Tombstone Crow headlined shows up and down the U.K. 'Shadows from the Grave' sold well on the road and online garnering positive reviews from peers and critics alike winning best metal album of the year in the North East.


The band came off the road for a personell change at the end of 2014. Kev Nolan (drums) and Robb Nukem (bass) became full time members of Tombstone Crow in January 2015. Now firing on all cylinders once again Tombstone Crow are writing the follow up to 'Shadows from the Grave' due out Mid 2015.

 

In August 2015, Tombstone Crow made their first appearance at Bloodstock-Open-Air as part of the New Blood Stage. In September 2015, the band parted ways with bass player Robb Nukem, citing creative and personal differences. 

 

Tombstone Crow are currently in the studio recording the follow up to 2014's 'Shadows From The Grave'.

 

In January 2016, Tombstone Crow released the E.P. 'Dragged Under' featuring the single 'In The Name  Of Death'

 

Tombstone Crow are set to release 'Live at Bloodstock DVD.'
